Kazuki Yamanaka, originally from Japan, is a multi-talented professional saxophonist, composer, bandleader and recording artist. He moved to New York to enter State University of New York Purchase College in 2012, where he took a master degree of music in 2014. He studied with some of the most renowned masters such as Jon Gordon (sax), Gary Smulyan (sax), Hal Galper (piano), John Abercrombie (guitar), Jon Faddis (trumpet), Steve Wilson(sax) and Miguel Zenon (sax). I’m teaching Saxophone, Jazz Theory, Jazz Improvisation, Composition and Jazz History to ANY LEVEL OF STUDENTS. Putting my experience of studying with many master musicians as well as of learning much by myself to use, I can show you various approaches to make you sound better. Beginners are even welcome! Let’s study together!
