そんな中、3/18～4/3に予定されていた私のCD発売記念の日本ツアーも時期未定の延期となりました。リーダーとして全14公演中止という判断をしました。私のツアーのためにスケジュールを空けておいてくれた共演者たちは、このツアーで得るはずだった興行収入がなくなってしまいました。リーダーとして規模の大きいツアーをすることは金銭的なリスクを伴います。そのまま何もしないで彼らに「また演奏しよう」だけで済ませるのは、私には納得のいくことではなかったです。
Due to this, the Japan tour for a CD release cerebration has been indefinitely postponed that was planned between March 18 and April 3. As a leader I decided to cancel all the 14 concerts. For the bandmates who was supposed to play with me, all the income from the tour has been just gone. Even though I know there is always a financial risk when we do a big tour, I cannot allow myself to just say to them “Let’s play another time” without doing anything.

そこでメンバーへの補償を目的とするクラウドファウンディングを立ち上げました。私自身初めての試みで不安もありますが、ぜひともページにて詳細をチェックして頂けるとありがたいです。そして応援の気持ちを形にして頂ければこれ以上のことはありません。まずはやれるだけのことをやってみたい。このプロジェクトを通じて得られる新たな繋がりに期待しています。
So I decided to start a fundraising to pay the compensation for the bandmates. This is the first time doing this kind of thing and I’m worried a bit, but please check this out. If you want to support us, please do so. That would be much appreciated. I just want to do what I can do and look forward to making new connections through this project.
